Following her studies, Robin earned her Registered Nurse credentials and later obtained a Master of Education degree, combining her passion for healthcare and learning into a career dedicated to supporting children and communities.
For nearly 25 years, Robin served as a school nurse in Camden, New Jersey, where she became a trusted figure among students, parents, teachers, and fellow healthcare professionals. Her role extended far beyond administering medical care. She became an advocate, counselor, mentor, and protector for countless young people who passed through the school system.
Colleagues often described Robin as someone who approached every child with empathy and dignity. She understood that students brought more than physical health concerns into the nurse’s office—they carried emotional, social, and personal challenges as well. Robin met each of those challenges with compassion and an unwavering determination to help.
